Skye Viewing London is open and we are looking forward to welcoming you back. We have followed advice from the Market Research Society (MRS) and the government. We will continue to monitor the situation and will update the safety measures we have put in place if necessary

To help us keep everyone safe we ask that you :

  • Screen participants for symptoms or exposure to Covid-19 before they attend our facility

  • Allow at least a 15-minute gap between IDIs or a 30-minute gap between groups. This will allow enough time for us to clean and will limit participant crossover

  • Pay participants via BACs. If this is not possible, please handle cash incentives and signature sheets / consent forms yourselves

  • Participants won’t have to wear a mask when being interviewed but must wear one at all other times

  • We will continue to ask that all visitors to Skye wear masks in close contact and communal areas (including the reception area and toilets)

  • Our team will continue to wear masks in all areas of the facility

  • Masks will be available free of charge to all visitors

  • We will check the temperature of all visitors to Skye. Anyone with a high temperature reading (37.8C or higher) will not be permitted entry

  • Snacks and sandwiches will be served in individual packaging

  • Drinks will be available in our fully stocked fridges

  • Takeaways will continue to be served as normal

  • Our team will wear gloves and masks when handling all food / drinks

  • High contact surfaces, communal areas and toilets will be regularly cleaned

  • The studio will be cleaned in between sessions

  • Single use stationery will be available

  • Seating in communal areas will be spaced accordingly and our team will maintain social distancing where possible

  • We are currently restricting the number of clients in the viewing room to 5 (this includes the moderator)

  • Hand sanitising stations will be situated throughout the studio and hand washing will be encouraged upon arrival
